What you'll do
- •Own end-to-end journeys: research → wireframes → high-fidelity UI → interactive prototypes → handoff.
- •Champion UX quality and user-first decisions across squads.
- •Craft clean, striking visuals and pixel-perfect interfaces.
- •Design interactions, micro-interactions, and motion to make flows feel alive.
- •Use AI tools to explore variations, optimise flows, and speed up iteration.
- •Partner with PM/Eng to ship, learn from data, and iterate.
What we're looking for
- •2–6 years designing B2C mobile apps (dating/social/consumer preferred).
- •Hands-on maker and UX advocate with strong product thinking.
- •Portfolio of shipped work showing visual craft + clear problem-solving.
- •Great with building prototypes (Figma prototypes; Framer/ProtoPie/After Effects is a plus).
- •Up-to-date with design trends, patterns, and accessibility basics.
- •Comfortable running quick user tests and turning insights into action.
- •Curious, innovative, and biased to experiment.
Tools
Figma (must), plus familiarity with prototyping/motion tools; experience with AI-assisted design (e.g., ideation, copy, flow optimisation).
