HR Executive

At the core of our product is a real-time, ML recommendation engine — similar to Spotify for song moods or TikTok for discovery.
Key Responsibilities
- •Talent Acquisition:
- •Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech, non-tech and creative roles.
- •Coordinate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- •Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
- •HR Operations:
- •Manage onboarding and documentation for new hires.
- •Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, HRIS updates, and compliance requirements.
- •Handle attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll coordination.
- •Employee Engagement & Culture:
- •Drive engagement activities, team events, and recognition programs.
- •Support internal communication and initiatives that strengthen the MTB culture.
- •Performance & Support:
- •Assist in PMS cycle coordination.
- •Support managers and employees with HR-related queries.
- •Maintain discipline, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- •Bachelor's degree (HR or related field preferred).
- •1–3 years of experience in HR roles (start-up exposure is a plus).
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- •Familiarity with basic HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, documentation, HR operations.
- •Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office.
- •Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
