Sexual Harassment
Last updated on January 05, 2026
We're here for kind, flirty, mutual vibes. Anything sexual that's unwanted or unwelcome is not okay - on profiles, in DMs, or off the app.
What counts as sexual harassment
- Cyberflashing (sending unsolicited explicit images).
- Indecent exposure in person (e.g., flashing on a date).
- Obtaining, sharing, or threatening to share intimate images or sexual chats without consent ("revenge porn" / non-consensual intimate image sharing).
- Unwanted sexual comments, questions, or advances (including sexual remarks about someone's body).
- Fetishizing someone without their consent.
- Unwanted sexualized imagery or links (memes, drawings, porn, etc.).
Reminder: Off-platform behavior matters. If you harass someone over text or elsewhere, we may still act on your account. This includes:
- Threats or acts of physical harm.
- Any unwanted sexual contact or attempts (e.g., unwanted touching/kissing, stealthing, forced or coerced acts when someone can't consent).
- Physical stalking (showing up or surveilling to intimidate).
- Exploitation or trafficking.
Consent is everything (and it's reversible). If you feel unsafe, report it in-app at the earliest. We prioritize these and can share support resources. We may also work with law enforcement when appropriate.
We don't tolerate abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior—on or off the app. We may remove content, restrict features, or ban accounts for harassment, including conduct off the app. You can appeal by emailing us at support@rivetdating.com if you think we got it wrong.
