Our unique approach combines deep cultural insight, AI, and a novel recommendation algorithm to deliver a social, fun, and effective dating experience that solves for both curation and scale, the holy grail in online dating.

Stories are a big part of how we show what dating feels like today. We're building a slate of microdramas: short, bingeable, vertical episodes about love, situationships, first dates, and everything in between.

We're looking for a creative Scriptwriter who has written microdramas and knows how to make people tap “next episode” before they can stop themselves.

You'll write short-form, episodic stories built for the phone screen: tight 1–3 minute episodes with a hook in the first few seconds and a cliffhanger at the end of each one. You'll work directly with the founders and the marketing team to develop series that are fun, relatable, and rooted in modern dating culture.

This isn't a role where you'll wait for a brief. You'll pitch ideas, build characters and story arcs, write fast, and use audience response to sharpen what comes next.

• Write scripts for microdrama series: short, vertical episodes with strong hooks, sharp dialogue, and cliffhanger endings
• Pitch original series concepts, loglines, and story arcs rooted in dating, relationships, and modern romance
• Build memorable characters and multi-episode arcs that keep viewers coming back
• Adapt real dating trends, moments, and community stories into scripts
• Work with directors, creators, and actors on production, and revise scripts on the fly when needed
• Write supporting content such as episode captions, teasers, and social copy
• Track how episodes perform (watch-through, completion, shares, comments) and use it to improve future scripts
• Keep a steady output with fast turnarounds across multiple series

• Proven experience writing microdramas, vertical series, or other short-form episodic content (please share samples)
• A highly creative mind with a strong ear for dialogue and a feel for what makes a scene land in under a minute
• A deep understanding of hooks, pacing, and cliffhangers in short-form storytelling
• A genuine interest in dating culture and what makes connections happen
• Extremely online and culturally aware; you know what's trending before it trends
• Fast and reliable: you can write to tight deadlines without losing quality
• Open to feedback and comfortable iterating based on data and audience response
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change in an early-stage startup
• Bonus: experience in comedy, romance, or reality formats, or with production on set
