Associate Product Manager

Our unique approach combines deep cultural insight, AI, and a novel recommendation algorithm to deliver a social, fun, and effective dating experience, solving for both curation and scale, the holy grail in online dating.

We're looking for a sharp, curious Associate Product Manager who wants to learn product by building it from scratch. You'll work side by side with the founders and senior PMs on a consumer social product used by real people every day.

This is a hands-on role with steep learning and real ownership. If you're passionate about dating and human relationships, love solving problems with data and user insight, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is for you.

• Own specific features end to end, from problem definition and specs to launch and iteration
• Write clear PRDs and user stories, and work closely with engineering and design to ship quickly
• Talk to users regularly to understand their needs, pain points, and motivations
• Analyse product and behavioural data to find insights and opportunities
• Help design, run, and read A/B tests
• Define and track success metrics for the features you own
• Study competitors and the wider dating and social landscape for ideas and trends
• Support the founders and senior PMs on roadmap planning and cross-functional projects

Your superpowers are curiosity, deep user empathy, and a bias for action.

• Graduate from a Tier-1 institution (such as the IITs, IIMs, BITS Pilani, ISB, or equivalent); this is a must-have
• 0–2 years of experience in product, analytics, consulting, or a startup; strong freshers are welcome
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data (SQL or Excel a plus)
• A genuine love for consumer products, with sharp opinions on what makes them great
• Exceptional ability to think from the user's perspective, especially people who are not exactly the same as you
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Technical curiosity and comfort working with engineering teams
• A self-starter who takes ownership and is comfortable with ambiguity
